What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) matters.
• Ensure all company activities comply with HSE policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, ensuring root causes are addressed.
• Develop and deliver H&S training, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Work cross-functionally to embed a strong safety culture across the business.
• Support HR with occupational health matters.

What You’ll Bring

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a standalone or managerial H&S role.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar high-tech engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and cultural change.
