Programme Overview

The Hot Work Safety Training programme offered by the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHAssociation) is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely perform hot work operations such as welding, cutting, brazing, and grinding. The programme emphasizes identifying and controlling fire and explosion hazards associated with hot work processes, implementing proper safety controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant OSH standards and international regulations including ISO 45001.

Examination / Assessments

On completion of your training at the OSHAssociation Authorised Training centre close to you, candidates are booked and connected for Online Examination and Assessment exercise. The examination and assessments is in two categories: Multiple Choice Questions and Scenario-Based Theory Assessment. Depending on the programme or course, the examinations have an opening window of 24 hours to take and submit. The examination is automatically timed, and the duration varies across programmes and courses.
