The role sits within a Workplace & Real Estate team and reports directly to the HSE Manager. The selected candidate will take ownership of health and safety across a UK-wide office portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high safety standards across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with UK health and safety legislation, conducting risk assessments and audits, supporting incident investigations, leading fire safety and workplace safety initiatives, advising internal stakeholders, supporting ISO and management systems, and independently managing day-to-day health and safety operations.
This is a hands-on role offering high autonomy, visibility, and the potential to transition into a permanent position. The role also involves travel across the UK, including London, Leeds, Newcastle, Liverpool, and Portsmouth.
