Donation Overview

The primary objective and purpose of the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHAssociation) is to improve the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental awareness of people through education.

We achieve this by bringing together multidisciplinary professionals, from various industries and the society. Our work cuts across all individuals, our safety projects are relevant to adults, children, the rich, and the poor.

We seek donation for specific projects, or we rely on sponsors who shares the same vision and mission with us. Usually, our project start by identifying an unmet need related to safety challenge or a problem that safety intervention can resolve through our own investigations or experiences, or brought to our attention by individuals, safety
professionals, or the media.

Any donations that we receive will be used directly on our projects. If you want to read more detail about how we are funded, the OSHAssociation volunteers, and mode of our operations, kindly reach out to us. Our work is only made possible by our incredible supporters and members.

How we use your donations

For every £1 you donate

65p is spent helping and assisting public and private institutions that cannot
provide safety equipment. This includes fire extinguishers, first aid boxes,
emergency response, refugee support and our international work in the developing nations.
21p is spent generating preventive awareness safety materials and public
education
14p is spent on support costs

What will the Association spend my donation on?

Your donation will go directly to helping us improve and create more interventions and
proactive safety awareness around the world, especially in the developing nations.
Examples of our current projects (from 2024) include:
Providing intervention support like fire extinguishers, equipped first aid boxes, waste
gadgets to public facilities like Motor Parks, Market places, shopping malls, public
schools,etc to address the safety related challenges.
Collaborations with hospitals, universities and Primary/Secondary Schools to improve
Occupational Safety and Health knowledge through FREE training programmes and
safety equipment needed in their facilities.
Co-developing and supporting the development of safety and health policies for SMEs
to ensure safety and business sustainability
