RL People is hiring an EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Specialist for a full-time position in England, United Kingdom. This role requires the candidate to commute to either Slough or Stalybridge at least four days per week and focuses on maintaining strong health and safety standards across operational environments.

The EHS Specialist will oversee health and safety for a mobile field services team responsible for delivering on-site data shredding services, while also supporting safety operations within an electronics recycling facility. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening ISO standards, and building a proactive safety culture across field operations and facility environments.

Responsibilities include leading safety audits, managing EHS KPIs, conducting risk assessments, investigating near misses and workplace incidents, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The specialist will collaborate closely with operational leaders to develop and implement global EHS programs and ensure best safety practices are consistently applied across multiple sites.
