Established to build the next generation of skilled professionals, Allstream Institute provides industry-driven technical and management training designed to meet the growing manpower needs of the energy, ICT, and infrastructure sectors in Nigeria and across Africa.
The Institute was conceived as part of AES’s commitment to bridging the gap between theory and practice through hands-on, practical learning. It offers a wide range of programs in Telecommunications & ICT, Networking & Internet of Things (IoT), Renewable Energy Systems, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Project & Operations Management, and international certification preparation for platforms such as Huawei, Cisco, PMP, and OSHA.
Strategically located and equipped with modern facilities — including a digital training hall, computer lab, instructor offices, and simulation equipment — the Institute provides an environment where participants learn using real-world tools and technologies.
