We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide leadership across our organisational support services globally. You will enable us to grow our impact in assisting organizations and government institutions to meet up with the international best practices on occupational safety and health; promoting safety best practices around the world.

OSHAssociation teams provide essential support to organisations around the world to ensure zero incidents in their operation, by developing occupational safety and health management system, including safe operating procedures. Our support services are vital in enabling this to happen.

We are seeking an exceptional individual that will underpin effective safety support programmes for organisations.

Our new Director of Support Services will be responsible for developing strategic marketing frameworks to enable organisations sign up for our services and solutions to ensure that the Association operates efficiently.

They will do this at a vital time for the Association, as we deliver new levels of activities that will help every organization achieve zero incidents, develop our new strategic plans to support organisations build their safety culture and increase compliance level.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience of directing organisations on the right management system they need, also assist in planning and delivery appropriate administrative systems required. You will have experience of conducting pre assessment, development of QHSE documentation and reporting and contracting of support services to our consultants.

You will be an inspirational leader with the ability to build excellent relationships both externally and internally to ensure our client’s needs are met. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a track record in driving change at an organisational level.
