OSHAssociation UK is looking for an ambitious and dynamic new Chief Operating Officer who will contribute to leading the organisation at a time of change and ambiguity and during this COVID 19.

You will be joining a team and organisation of highly committed and passionate people who are all committed to our mission and vision in the Occupational Safety and Health sector.

As COO, you will have responsibility to ensure smooth running of the Association’s activities and programmes, so you are expected to have experience of leading and managing high performing teams, from the charity, public or private sectors.

Professionally, you will be a qualified leader who have worked at Director or Senior Management level within a sizeable and complex international organisation with experience of managing the activities and events. 

You will be able to contribute to organisational wide leadership on strategy, business modelling, as well as operational effectiveness and transformation, and will be comfortable making decisions despite uncertainty, and to return benefits of membership to our existing members.

You will be passionate about supporting people to work safely and live safely by support them, creating opportunities and reducing high level of avoidable accidents and deaths while creating change to ensure safety consciousness at workplaces.
