Brian is an accomplished professional with over 40 year’s experience of comprehensive large scale management and engineering projects in diversified environments. He has a strong background in Programme Development and Delivery, Health and Safety and Quality Assurance with an outstanding history of managing projects from initial conception through development, implementation and operations in difficult and challenging environments.

He is currently the Director, Technical Operations of UPDC (UACN). He was the Project Director of Capita Norman & Dawbarn, National Outage Manager of Balfour Beatty Management, Senior Project Manager and Lead E&I Design Engineer in Balfour Kilpatrick, Co-Director/Partner in Ecosystems International, .Project Director and Technical Consultant of Compass Group/Eurest Support Services and the Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager/Site Manager in British Energy UK.

Brian studied the 1st year of a B-Eng Electrical Engineering (Honours) Degree at John Moore University Liverpool.
